Thinking about Gaia/I prefer the spelling of Gaea, as the sprites' main belief system -- everything is connected in nature etc. Nothing new in terms of the vibes/spiritual beliefs but I like them having a name for "mother nature" that isn't. Mother nature. ...

That's just the first bit of Wikipedia. Obviously there's lore and everything but I reinvent stuff for this universe all the time so we can have it. For the sprites Gaea is just, everything, everywhere. The Earth. Perhaps even the sprites' word for Earth. It's not so much a personification as just, a word, that encapsulates the entirety of their worldview. They have their principles that they live by, which is mainly: protect Gaea.
