sweddervest
I've been helping my mum to clear out my grandad's stuff cuz he lives in a care home now and she's wanting to sell the house. And like, I've adopted a few of his old things in the process lol I tried on a sweater vest today and it's kind of a vibe. And it's very Andy. But I was thinking — it'd be cute if he inherited some clothes from somewhere like that, but I don't know who the hell his grandparents are. I don't think he knows a lot of his extended family really anyway. Or not closely. Him and his parents moved up north when he was pretty young and they probably rarely see anyone from back home. It's like 4 hours away by car.
So then I thought, well I know he and his mum moved in with his auntie when he's around 19. And I always got the impression she's a widow, so maybe she still has a lot of her husband's stuff? My grandad never got rid of my grandma's stuff when she died, and that happened before I was born. So. Seems realistic enough. Maybe she just says to Andy hey if you want anything then take it, and she'd rather see it be passed down than give it to a charity shop. So, lots of nice jumpers, vests, shirts, trousers even.
And like previously I think he's not developed much of a personal style cuz he didn't wanna stand out, but he's growing in confidence by this point. So it's cute to think he would wear some of this stuff and start to embrace his personal style. His mum and Howard would both be saying he looks great and it suits him, cuz it does!!!
